Three members of TVXQ, who are locked in a dispute with their entertainment agency and are currently pursuing individual activities, are planning on greeting their fans in a charitable fan meeting.
This will be the three members' first fan meeting since the suspension request they submitted in July against SM Entertainment. Xiah Junsu, Micky Yoochun and YoungWoong Jaejoong will be meeting around 6000 fans in the Koryeo University Hwajung Gymnasium on the 12th at 5 pm.
The event, which will be organized by Yes24Performance, is called 'Smile Again' and will be a charitable event as well as a fan meeting. Donations for children in need will be collected at the entrance of the event and will be collecting such donations from the participants. the three members are planning to give all this money to an organization for children.
This event will not be using TVXQ's group name or their hit songs. This can be seen as an aversion to an area of the dispute that became more sensitive from the November '2009 MAMA' event. Because all five members hold the right to the name TVXQ, the other two members are open to object the other three members representing TVXQ.
The details of the event are still being fixed but they are not planning to sing any TVXQ songs and will not use the name 'TVXQ' in their name for the event. Instead, emphasis has been put upon the charitable aspect of the event. The whole meeting will last one hour and the three members are planning to converse with their fans and sing Christmas carols.
A representative of the event stated, "The date and location is set but the time and content are subject to change," and "We will fix all of the details once the three members return to Korea after completing their Japanese schedule."
Entrance tickets for 'Smile Again' will be available on the 8th at 8 pm on the official Yes24 homepage and the fee is free with one ticket per person.
