Popular group TVXQ will not be attending the Dream Concert after all. But 2PM will be attending as a six-member group minus Jaebeom.
TVXQ was supposed to attend the '2009 Dream Concert' which is to be held on October 10th at 6:40 pm at the Seoul Sangam World Cup Stadium but due to the current legal dispute over their exclusive contract with their agency SM Entertainment, it has been decided that they will not be taking part in the event.
SM Entertainment signed a contract with YeonJae Corporation in April ensuring that TVXQ would be attending the concert but due to the legal dispute filed by three members of TVXQ, Xiah Junsu, Micky Yoochun and YoungWoong Jaejoong, the agency notified YeonJae that the group will not be holding a performance.
TVXQ's picture and name was taken off the Dream Concert homepage on the 20th.

The 15th Dream Concert which is running under the theme 'I love Korea' has a star studded list of performers including 2PM, Big Bang, Super Junior, SHINee, Kara, Jewelry, 4Minute; there will be sixteen teams in total participating. Super Junior's Kim Heechul and actress Song Ji Hyo will be presiding over the concert.
